Click above for the complete shopping list. Once you’ve printed it off, make sure to go through and cross off anything you already have at home. Also, read through the recipes and make sure there are no substitutions you’d like to make, or optional items you’d prefer not to use. Make necessary changes to the grocery list before going shopping. Hit the grocery store once sometime over the weekend and you’re all set to enjoy easy, delicious and healthy home-cooking every night for a week!

Note: Many of these recipes can be made even healthier by making some of the ingredients yourself. I realize that many of us simply don’t have the time to do it all, unfortunately! I have recipes to make your own homemade marinara sauce, taco seasoning, pesto, and barbecue sauce and will include links to those recipes below. If you do decide to make some, or all, of these recipes, make sure to add the necessary ingredients to your shopping list before you go!

Above you will find some of the equipment I use while making these recipes. That is the exact same slow cooker I have and have been using it for about five plus years now. Super basic but gets the job done! I love using slow cooker liners, especially when I am entertaining. Makes clean-up so much quicker! My Victorinox knives are my favorite and you definitely want a good, sharp knife for cutting the spareribs! Once again, I cannot stress how awesomely convenient my extra large cutting board is. I use it daily, if not more!
