This Metabolism Boosting Strawberry Smoothie is a great way to spice up your regular breakfast routine, and jump start your metabolism at the same time! Cayenne is a natural metabolism booster, the strawberries are packed with vitamin C, chia seeds keep you feeling fuller longer, and the kefir is packed with good-for-your-insides probiotics, besides being naturally high in protein. This is one amazing smoothie, full of superfoods and bound to make you feel simply amazing.

To make your own Metabolism Boosting Strawberry Smoothie, you will need: 1.5 cups strawberries, 1/4 teaspoon cayenne, 2 tablespoons chia seeds, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1 cup kefir, and 1/4 cup ice.
Simply add all the ingredients to your blender of choice and blend until smooth. I use and love my Magic Bullet and have used it for years. Way easier to use, clean, and store than a full-sized blender, in my opinion.
You can substitute other fruits if you’d like, I’m currently obsessed with the gorgeous strawberries we’re growing right now!
