I love making my own seasoning mixes at home for many reasons. You can eliminate all the preservatives and additives that are found in many of the store-bought versions (that’s a good enough reason alone, isn’t it???), you can adjust the seasoning to your own personal tastes, and you can save money on your grocery bill. Making your own spice mixes is super easy, you’ll wonder why you didn’t start a long time ago. I use this simple homemade Cajun seasoning mix in many different recipes, the flavor is wonderful and you’ll soon be looking for excuses to use this mix!
