This is my favorite way to prepare ribs. This method couldn’t be any easier and it results in delicious, fall-off-the-bone ribs. Slow Cooker BBQ Pork Spareribs is definitely the way to go if you’ve got a big crowd to feed as it allows you to focus on your guests and side dishes rather than slaving over the main course. If you love ribs, you’ve got to give this super easy recipe a try!

I used my Homemade Carolina-Style BBQ Sauce for this recipe. You can do the same, use your own favorite sauce, or use store-bought. Whatever you feel like.
This sauce takes only minutes to whip up and tastes amazing. If you love tangy, mustardy barbecue sauce, you’ll love this. Plus, it’s free of nasty additives and unnecessary chemicals.
Begin by preparing your spareribs for the slow cooker. First, peel the thin, clear membrane off and discard. Then, cut the spareribs into about three pieces. Place the spareribs, largest piece first, in the slow cooker with the fatty side up.
Pour two cups barbecue sauce on top of the spareribs in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low six to seven hours. That’s it! So unbelievable easy! I have made these Slow Cooker BBQ Pork Spareribs four times when I’ve had a large group to feed. Everyone always loves these ribs and wants the recipe so they can recreate them at home. What’s your favorite way to prepare ribs? I’d love to hear from you below! Enjoy!
Above you will find some of the equipment I used while making this recipe. That is the exact same slow cooker I have and have been using it for about five plus years now. Super basic but gets the job done! I love using slow cooker liners, especially when I am entertaining. Makes clean-up so much quicker! My Victorinox knives are my favorite and you definitely want a good, sharp knife for cutting the spareribs! Once again, I cannot stress how awesomely convenient my extra large cutting board is. I use it daily, if not more!
